Polyural Construction Proposal: Server Center
Prevent unexpected air conditioning failures due to aging of air conditioning units that operate 24 hours a day!
"Polyual" is a corrosion prevention coating for aluminum fins patented by Blygold. Compared to standard air conditioning units that operate for 8 hours a day, those that run for 24 hours a day—regardless of being in a salt damage area—will unfortunately experience deterioration within about 5 years, which is a natural outcome. On the other hand, unexpected air conditioning failures due to aging deterioration are a significant issue in server centers, where stable operation is of utmost importance. By applying this product, a coating film is formed on the surface of the aluminum fins, helping to prevent deterioration of the air conditioning systems in server centers. [Features] ■ Suppresses the growth of bacteria and mold on aluminum fins of heat exchangers ■ Addresses heat exchangers that cannot be protected even with cationic coatings ■ Protects outdoor units in salt damage areas where corrosion occurs even with heavy salt damage specifications ■ Provides semi-permanent protection for fins through touch-up repairs ■ Maintains high thermal conductivity, allowing for thick coating films and heat exchange performance, etc. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
